Jennifer Nilsson is a founding partner and Managing Director at Clementine Creative where she oversees strategy, communications and content development. Jennifer brings to her role more than fifteen years of comprehensive marketing experience including leadership roles in integrated brand marketing, advertising and creative services. She served six years as Vice President of Marketing for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, one of homebuilding’s most iconic brands, leading the company’s brand marketing and creative team in the conception and execution of corporate branding initiatives, digital initiatives and strategic public relations as well as tactical marketing applications for more than 50 individual neighborhoods across five southeastern markets.
In addition to her leadership roles, Jennifer is an accomplished copywriter with her work featured in a variety of published print and digital materials. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she’s a self-professed bookworm and classic film fan and enjoys writing and photography.
Merissa Davis is a founding partner and Creative Director at Clementine Creative, leading the agency’s design and creative team. A true artist of many colors, Merissa has more than thirteen years of career experience as a versatile graphic and multimedia designer and loves working collaboratively with clients to create world-class artwork that fits their unique style and goals. Prior to Clementine, she served as Art Director for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, one of homebuilding’s best known and most respected brands, guiding the company’s visual style and image.
Merissa holds a bachelor of fine arts degree with a specialization in digital media from the University of Georgia. In addition to her work at Clementine Creative, Merissa is Art Director and co-founder, along with her husband Miles, for Massive Burn Studios, an Atlanta-based design and art house, and Butterpup & Friends, a children’s picture book series. In her free time, she enjoys honing her skills as resident cupcake baker extraordinaire, playing tennis and spending time with her husband and their instafamous pup, Pica.
Caroline Johns is Social Media Manager at Clementine Creative. With more than six years of experience in the marketing and public relations arena, Caroline has managed strategic social media, communications and media relations initiatives for both corporate and agency teams. Prior to joining Clementine, she spearheaded social media content creation and strategic development for a variety of agency clients including multi-market leadership for national interiors brand Ballard Designs.
Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Kennesaw State University. She has been recognized by Public Relations Society of America’s Georgia Chapter as a two-time award recipient as well as awarded by the Georgia Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators for four consecutive years. A native of Marietta, Caroline is at home on the Square. In her time away from work, she enjoys channeling her creativity into new design ideas for her own home, cooking and playing golf with her husband.
Emily Noles is the Account Coordinator at Clementine Creative. As a young professional, Emily has worked in positions of marketing sales and communications as an intern and assistant for a combined total of two years. She served as the Marketing Intern for a Southeast-based magazine, Southern Distinction Magazine, where she served to write, research, and sell for the publication. Emily also worked as the Marketing Intern, and then Assistant, for The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia where she extended her skills to help in advertising and public relations, as well as client services. During her time in each of these roles, she became passionate in aiding clients to reach their greatest potential through various marketing services.
Emily is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising. She also completed a minor in Communication Studies and a certificate in New Media. In addition to her passion for marketing, she avidly enjoys live music and college football. Emily would love to chat with you any time about the Georgia Bulldogs or the importance of attending concerts – over a cup of iced coffee, of course!

Paula Buckner is a Graphic Designer at Clementine Creative. An experienced professional, Paula has a background in both graphic and industrial design and pairs her years of experience with a passionate enthusiasm for all things creative. Prior to joining the Clementine bunch, Paula worked as a freelance graphic designer and as a fine art, graphic design and engineering design instructor. She has also previously held lead designer positions producing a diverse portfolio of work from branding and collateral to signage, tradeshow and visual merchandising for a variety of clients.
Paula holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design from Atlanta College of Art as well as a master’s degree in industrial design from Georgia Tech. She is an avid traveler having explored destinations not only in the US but in more than a dozen other countries spanning the globe from Canada to China, New Zealand and Australia. Paula also volunteers her time and creative talents as the Director of Private Workshops for Atlanta’s annual MomoCon, a fan convention celebrating anime, gaming, comics and animation.
Brad Mance is a Web Developer at Clementine Creative. With more than five years of professional experience as an interactive/web developer, Brad has created and maintained more than 300 websites (so far) and is adept at building and refining custom, responsive, SEO-friendly sites. He also enjoys honing his skills as a mobile and application developer and programmer driven by a passion for computers that began as a teenager.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Georgia State University. Outside of work, he is an avid gamer and also enjoys exercising his creative side through writing and drawing.
